Exchange of EEK into WME
cash transaction

  • A person using the services of Fogot AS the first time shall submit an application and a copy of personal or registration document before making an exchange: special terms for new customers.
  • WMID should be registered on the person who is the sender of payment.
  • The user with the formal WM-passport should load the color-scanned copy of all significant pages of the passport to the site of the center of certification.
  • For WMID with the alias WM-passport payments are not accepted. Owner WMID with the alias WM-passport should receive the formal WM-passport: on the Passport Service it is necessary to choose Login -> Control panel -> WM Passport -> Receiving a new passport -> Receive a formal passport, to fill the personal data and to press the button "Save". The formal WM-passport will be received.

    Notification of exchange activity

  • You send exchange application and receives message containing our banking details for filling in the payment order. The surname and name of the owner of the WMID should in accuracy correspond specified in your WM-passport.
  • Make a cash payment to our bank account with Sampo Bank, putting into details of payment the number of E-purse, you bank account number and personal code, surname and name from your WM-passport. You can execute this operation in any branch of any Estonian bank.
  • EEK are converted into WME on basis of cross-rate of EEK to WME = 15.67350.
  • We deduct our remuneration, WebMoney system commission in amount of 0,8% (though not more than 50 WME) out of exchangeable amount and forwards the balance to the E-purse number, provided in payment order.
  • In case of cash change in the sum exceeding 100 000 EEK you shall fill in the Declaration on origin of funds and forward it to us.

    • Note:

  • Exxxxxxxxxxxx - this is the number of your Z-purse - the account to receive WMZ.
  • ACCxxxxxxxxxxxx is a number of your bank account, to which the payment will be returned in case exchange is not performed;
  • IKxxxxxxxxxxx - payer's personal code;
  • <surname name> - this is surname and name from your WM-passport.
